CANCELLATION

RETURN & EXCHANGE
Contact our customer service team support@bellepoque.com before you deliver the returned your order. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.
How long can I return or exchange the items?
You have the right to apply for a Return or Exchange within 15 days after receives your order.Please contact us immediately. No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the date of your order.
Return&Exchange Condition
The requirements for your order that can be returned and exchanged are:
1. The returned or exchanged product must be unworn, used, washed, modified, damaged, odor-free, pollution-free, the price tag and washing mark have not been removed, and the complete state of the secondary sale will not be affected, otherwise Belle Poque has the right not to accept the product Return.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, including Lucky Bags, Flash Sale items（Price is less than or equal to $19.99）, Seckill Offer items, Unique Size Clearance items and free gifts, please contact our Support Center first for the above items if they have issues.
3. There are quality problems in accessories and other related personal clothing. If there are quality problems in accessoriesand other related personal clothing, you agree to deal with them in accordance with national laws and regulations.
Return Shipping Fee
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned or exchanged to us.
The returns will be made at your own cost. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If you are exchanging items,the return cost also will be made at your own cost,and we will bear the cost when we resends a new item to you.
If the return is due to our reasons, (i.e. defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product), then we will bear the shipping fee.

How to apply for a refund or exchange?

2.The item on your order you want to refund or exchange.If you want to exchange,please also provide the photo/sku/headline you want to exchange to us.
3.The reason you want to refund or exchange
Once we receives your application,we will inform you the return address.
NOTE:
1. You must return all original packaging boxes, manuals/accompanying documents and packaging materials, gifts (if any) and returned goods together.
2. Please make sure you don't include items not from Belle Poque by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
1.PayPal account refunds:Up to 48 hours
2.Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Der Rock besteht vom Material her zu 95% aus Polyester und zu 5% Elasthan. Man darf ihn in der Waschmaschine mitwaschen, was ich auch direkt nach Erhalt getan habe. Der Rock hat den Waschvorgang ohne Probleme überstanden. Er färbte weder ab, noch ging er aus der Form.
Der Rock hat vorne eine Knopfleiste, die allerdings nur Zierde ist, man kann ihn also nicht weiter aufknöpfen. Bis zum ersten Knopf unten ist er geschlitzt.
Der Rock verfügt über zwei praktische und durchaus tiefe Taschen, die optisch auch noch mal mit einem Knopf verziert wurden.
Sehr schön ist der Gummizug im Rücken, sodass sich der Rock auch kleineren Gewichtsschwankungen anpasst 😉.
Sehr schön finde ich das Design des Rocks. Das sieht richtig retro aus und erinnert mich an Bilder aus den 50er Jahren.
Der Rock lässt sich sehr bequem tragen, der Stoff kratzt nicht, auch wenn man keine Strumpfhose trägt und schaut richtig gut aus.
Die Verarbeitung des Rocks ist sehr gut. Alles ist sauber und professionell verarbeitet und vernäht worden.
Mir gefällt der Rock sehr gut und ich trage ihn sehr gern.
Fazit: Toller Retro-Rock im Stile der 50er Jahre.
Der Rock kommt mit liebevoll gehaltenen Etikett sorgsam verpackt an, lässt sich in der Maschine waschen und trocknet auch bei kälteren Temperaturen zügig. Getragen ist dieser wirklich leicht, sehr stretchig und passt sich der Körperform an, ohne irgendwie einzuschneiden oder zu verrutschen. Die Taschen sind schön tief, kann man hier im Bedarfsfall sogar seinen Schlüsselbund verstauen.
Tatsächlich habe ich den Rock mitten im Wintereinbruch getragen und somit durchaus bestätigen, dass der Stoff wie versprochen über eine gute Wärmeisolierung verfügt. Dank des verwendeten Materials "klebt" der Rock allerdings an manchen Strumpfhosen, so dass dieser nicht mehr leicht um den Körper herumfällt, sondern mitunter merkwürdige Formen annimmt. Für die wärmeren Monate, in denen man außer Unterwäsche nichts darunter trägt, fällt dieser Effekt natürlich weg - sonstig empfiehlt sich meiner Erfahrung nach das Tragen eines sog. Unterrocks.
Trotz dieses kleinen "Umstands" gefällt mir der Rock ausnehmend gut, gestaltet sich das Tragegefühl als überaus angenehm, während die kleinen verspielt-aufgenähten die besondere Note verleihen. Höhe des Saums wie auch Länge des Rocks sind für mich mit meinen 1,66m ideal, gestaltet sich der Rock weder im Gehen, noch im Sitzen oder liegen als störend. Durch die Weite und den vorne liegenden Schlitz kann man sozusagen nahezu jede Körperposition einnehmen, ohne das man sich auch nur einen Hauch eingeschränkt fühlen muss.
Pluspunkt nicht zuletzt für die hohe Elastizität des Bundes, so dass man nach Belieben den Rock etwas höher oder niedriger auf der Hüfte tragen kann.
Ingesamt ein wirklich schönes Kleidungsstück; kleiner Punktabzu lediglich für das "anhängliche" Material, da so der Rock nicht unbedingt so schön fällt, wie er fallen könnte.
