GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing, using, or accepting a Bellepoque e-gift card (e-gift card) , you agree to enter into a contract with Bellepoque and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and our website Terms and Conditions which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing, using or accepting a Gift Card. By purchasing, using or accepting a Gift Card, you accept that your contract with us for the Gift Card will be governed by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and our website Terms and Conditions.

Gift Cards are not cheque guarantee, credit, charge cards, e-money or regulated payment instruments. Please note that Gift Cards are not regulated as payment instruments under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and amounts on them are not electronic money under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011. Accordingly, rights and protections under those regulations do not apply and the Financial Conduct Authority does not supervise this service or the Gift Cards.

PURCHASING AN E-GIFT CARD

You can purchase an e-gift card online at Bellepoque.com only. You can purchase e-gift cards in any one transaction.

E-gift cards may be purchased and activated for a minimum value of $50 and a maximum value of $500. E-gift cards are only available in GBP. Payment for e-gift cards is accepted by debit card, credit card and PayPal. You cannot purchase an e-gift card using another Gift Card.

Payment on Bellepoque.com will be taken by a third party company, and will show on your bank statement as “Bellepoque Gift Cards”.

Any e-gift you purchase on Bellepoque is valid for 24 months from the date of order placement. Please pay attention to the timeliness and use it within the validity period, otherwise we will not be responsible for any losses caused by not using it beyond the validity period.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR E-GIFT CARD

You have the right to cancel your e-gift card within 14 days of your order being placed at your nominated email address for delivery provided that you give Bellepoque formal written notice of your intention to cancel by contacting our customer services team at: support@bellepoque.com, and provided that you have not used the funds on your e-gift card. If you decide to exercise your cancellation right, Bellepoque will refund the amount of your e-gift card to the original payment method used to purchase the e-gift card within 30 days of our customer services team receiving your written notice of cancellation.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR STORE GIFT CARD

Unless the applicable store’s purchasing terms specifically allow for cancellation, a gift card purchased in store cannot be cancelled once purchased except in accordance with your statutory legal rights.

CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced,and you will get full refund.
Please understand that we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Contact our customer service team support@bellepoque.com before you deliver the returned your order. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.

How long can I return or exchange the items?
You have the right to apply for a Return or Exchange within 15 days after receives your order.Please contact us immediately. No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the date of your order.

Return&Exchange Condition

The requirements for your order that can be returned and exchanged are:
1. The returned or exchanged product must be unworn, used, washed, modified, damaged, odor-free, pollution-free, the price tag and washing mark have not been removed, and the complete state of the secondary sale will not be affected, otherwise Belle Poque has the right not to accept the product Return.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, including Lucky Bags, Flash Sale itemsPrice is less than or equal to $19.99, Seckill Offer items, Unique Size Clearance items and free gifts, please contact our Support Center first for the above items if they have issues.
3. There are quality problems in accessories and other related personal clothing. If there are quality problems in accessoriesand other related personal clothing, you agree to deal with them in accordance with national laws and regulations.

Return Shipping Fee

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned or exchanged to us.
The returns will be made at your own cost. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If you are exchanging items,the return cost also will be made at your own cost,and we will bear the cost when we resends a new item to you.
If the return is due to our reasons, (i.e. defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product), then we will bear the shipping fee.

How to apply for a refund or exchange?

Contact our customer service team support@bellepoque.com and Provide the information below:
1.Your Email used to place your order or Your order id:(The order id format is #BP####)
2.The item on your order you want to refund or exchange.If you want to exchange,please also provide the photo/sku/headline you want to exchange to us.
3.The reason you want to refund or exchange
Once we receives your application,we will inform you the return address.
NOTE:
1. You must return all original packaging boxes, manuals/accompanying documents and packaging materials, gifts (if any) and returned goods together.
2. Please make sure you don't include items not from Belle Poque by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

1.PayPal account refunds:Up to 48 hours
2.Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days

For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

Note:
1.If you participate in the preferential activities of the returned goods when you purchase, the amount of refund is limited to the amount you actually paid;
2.If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days after the approval of refunds. Please contact support@bellepoque.com

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
