At Belle Poque, we're committed to you. Our quality control teams will inspect your items prior to shipping to assure your satisfaction, and the quality is guaranteed.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. You have a max of 15 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 15 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 15 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
2. After you have already returned items from an order but would like to make additional returns for additional items, you must do so within 15 days of the purchase date.
3.All clothes are no longer eligible for return after washing or wearing. In principle, we do not accept refunds for more intimate clothes such as underwear and swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
4.All special offer are non-returnable.(Please consult customer service for final explanation)
After-sales issues that buyers should pay attention to:
1.Size change is not supported. Please check the size of the product size table carefully. If you are unsure, please consult the after-sales customer service to consult the size. You can place an order, after confirming it. Non-seller product quality problems will not be returned.
2.The purchase of multiple pieces or multiple colors is not supported, and a refund will be required after receipt of the goods. Non-seller product quality problems will not be returned.
3.The buyer's malicious destruction of the received goods is not supported for after-sales claims. If you encounter quality problems after sale, please attach the product picture and order number to after-sales consultation to negotiate compensation. Intentionally or artificially damage the goods after the sale has the right not to compensate.
4.SALE products are broken codes and low prices are given to benefits at a loss, and most people want to buy them. Please be sure to refer to the product size chart to choose the appropriate size. After placing an order, the actual number of products that can be delivered for the promotion is subject to the customer service processing the order, and will not participate in returns or exchanges. If you mind, please don‘t buy these item.

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
If your package has been sent out and you initiate a refund, the original freight and insurance included in the order will not be refunded.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 15 days after your order was first placed.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-Belle Poque items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
3. Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
