Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Processing time: Before shipping your order, we usually need 1-3 working days to prepare your product. The processing time is separated from the transportation time.
Delivery Time:
①In general areas, we usually provide standard transportation,  your parcel will take 7-14 working days to arrive;
② Some long-distance areas may take a long time & high shipping fee, your parcel will take 10-25 working days to arrive. 
Note: Due to the high cost of logistics, we will set the cost of logistics in different regions to ensure that your parcels arrive faster and safer.

During the checkout process, you can select your shipping method and understand your shipping costs on the order information page.
Once your package is announced for delivery, our system will send you a notification email, please be patient. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery times may vary, especially during peak hours. please wait patiently.


If the package has been shipped and cannot be intercepted midway, it will not be possible to refund you.
If the package is successfully delivered to the destination, but the package is lost or destroyed by the carrier due to the buyer's failure to sign for the courier in time, our seller will not be responsible for the consequences.

Return instructions:
①Our policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note: the product needs to be unused, the tag and label cannot be damaged, and the clothes cannot be washed.
In order to complete your return, we need your order receipt or proof of purchase.
②In principle, if it is not our product's unqualified product or other reasons, we will not be liable for the loss of your package due to your mistaken purchase or failure to pick up the package in time. Please place the order carefully and sign for the package in time to avoid trouble and unnecessary disputes.
③All special promotions are not accepted for return or exchange once sold, because all special promotions have been sold at a loss. (Including but not limited to products below 19.99$, please consult exclusive customer service for details).
