CANCELLATION

RETURN & EXCHANGE
Contact our customer service team support@bellepoque.com before you deliver the returned your order. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.
How long can I return or exchange the items?
You have the right to apply for a Return or Exchange within 15 days after receives your order.Please contact us immediately. No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the date of your order.
Return&Exchange Condition
The requirements for your order that can be returned and exchanged are:
1. The returned or exchanged product must be unworn, used, washed, modified, damaged, odor-free, pollution-free, the price tag and washing mark have not been removed, and the complete state of the secondary sale will not be affected, otherwise Belle Poque has the right not to accept the product Return.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, including Lucky Bags, Flash Sale items（Price is less than or equal to $19.99）, Seckill Offer items, Unique Size Clearance items and free gifts, please contact our Support Center first for the above items if they have issues.
3. There are quality problems in accessories and other related personal clothing. If there are quality problems in accessoriesand other related personal clothing, you agree to deal with them in accordance with national laws and regulations.
Return Shipping Fee
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned or exchanged to us.
The returns will be made at your own cost. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If you are exchanging items,the return cost also will be made at your own cost,and we will bear the cost when we resends a new item to you.
If the return is due to our reasons, (i.e. defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product), then we will bear the shipping fee.

How to apply for a refund or exchange?
Contact our customer service team support@bellepoque.com and Provide the information below:
1.Your Email used to place your order or Your order id:(The order id format is #BP####)
2.The item on your order you want to refund or exchange.If you want to exchange,please also provide the photo/sku/headline you want to exchange to us.
3.The reason you want to refund or exchange
Once we receives your application,we will inform you the return address.
NOTE:
1. You must return all original packaging boxes, manuals/accompanying documents and packaging materials, gifts (if any) and returned goods together.
2. Please make sure you don't include items not from Belle Poque by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
1.PayPal account refunds:Up to 48 hours
2.Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

I am 5’6” and weigh 115lbs. I typically wear anywhere from 0-4 and I ordered a small. This skirt fits perfectly. The tailored look is flattering and the skirt itself is timeless. The material is thick with multiple layers. I would highly recommend this skirt and purchasing from this seller. This feels like a high-end boutique item. I am impressed with the overall quality, material, fit, and timely shipping.
This is a really cute skirt. It is well made, and the style is fun. The close fit hugs curves well, if that's the type of look you like, and the flare gives it a bit of a sassy look. Definitely fits the 1950s style. The color is absolutely fantastic. I got the red, and I absolutely love it!
The accompanying belt is...okay. I'll probably end up finding one I like better, though.
I noticed that the other reviewers say the sizing is just right, but it was actually a bit hard for me to determine. I'm typically a solid medium in almost everything I wear, sometimes leaning toward small. In form-fitting clothes I definitely stick to medium because I like at least a little "give" in them. On this sizing chart, I was just below the line between medium and large. I hesitated on ordering the medium, but then I went ahead and went with it, since going with large is almost always a mistake for me. But this time I should have gone ahead and bumped up because this skirt definitely just a little too small for me. Even with my measurements technically being in the medium range (and yes, I did measure for the point of this order), I struggle to get it zipped and do not feel comfortable in it. Maybe it's just my type of curves, but I'd definitely have felt more comfortable had I sized up.
Other than that, I love the skirt. It's well made, attractive, fun, and definitely has the makings of being a very versatile wardrobe staple.
I tried this on and it fits really well. It sits high up on me at the smallest part of my waist. I will come back and upload a pic when I'm dressed to go out in this with shapewear and a nice top.
I ordered the XXL. I'm 5'8" and 240 lbs. I wear size 16 in jeans. The belt looks cheap and I would get a different belt to wear with this. There is a lining built in and it gets some static cling. I ordered black as I think it's easier to pass off cheaper clothes when they are black.
I like this style of skirt, though the side seams were more pronounced than I expected. Still, it's cute and has promise. I ordered a medium but should have gone up to a large, mainly because I'm carrying a few extra pounds. I'm 5'9" and around 165lbs. Probably 30-32inches around the waist (I haven't measured lately so it's a guess). While I could get the zipper to close, I didn't feel confident that I wouldn't accidentally break it. I typically wear a 6-8 in womens jeans for some point of reference. The size chart in the listing suggests that a Medium matches US women's 8-10 so this "should" have fit better. Order a size up, I say. All in all, the skirt is cute and feels nice!
