CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced,and you will get full refund.
Please understand that we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Contact our customer service team support@bellepoque.com before you deliver the returned your order. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.
How long can I return or exchange the items?
You have the right to apply for a Return or Exchange within 15 days after receives your order.Please contact us immediately. No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the date of your order.
Return&Exchange Condition
The requirements for your order that can be returned and exchanged are:
1. The returned or exchanged product must be unworn, used, washed, modified, damaged, odor-free, pollution-free, the price tag and washing mark have not been removed, and the complete state of the secondary sale will not be affected, otherwise Belle Poque has the right not to accept the product Return.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, including Lucky Bags, Flash Sale items（Price is less than or equal to $19.99）, Seckill Offer items, Unique Size Clearance items and free gifts, please contact our Support Center first for the above items if they have issues.
3. There are quality problems in accessories and other related personal clothing. If there are quality problems in accessoriesand other related personal clothing, you agree to deal with them in accordance with national laws and regulations.
Return Shipping Fee
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned or exchanged to us.
The returns will be made at your own cost. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If you are exchanging items,the return cost also will be made at your own cost,and we will bear the cost when we resends a new item to you.
If the return is due to our reasons, (i.e. defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product), then we will bear the shipping fee.

How to apply for a refund or exchange?
Contact our customer service team support@bellepoque.com and Provide the information below:
1.Your Email used to place your order or Your order id:(The order id format is #BP####)
2.The item on your order you want to refund or exchange.If you want to exchange,please also provide the photo/sku/headline you want to exchange to us.
3.The reason you want to refund or exchange
Once we receives your application,we will inform you the return address.
NOTE:
1. You must return all original packaging boxes, manuals/accompanying documents and packaging materials, gifts (if any) and returned goods together.
2. Please make sure you don't include items not from Belle Poque by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
1.PayPal account refunds:Up to 48 hours
2.Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

1.If you participate in the preferential activities of the returned goods when you purchase, the amount of refund is limited to the amount you actually paid;

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

My wife likes denim skirts that are stylish, practical, and comfortable to wear. The Belle Poque Women’s Denim Skirt met her criteria, and she’s very picky. This is an A-line midi denim skirt with an elastic waist band. She said she could wear it with flats, sandals, or platforms, which will allow her to dress it up or down, depending on her top. She wore it to a ladies affair, and was pleased when she got all kinds of compliments from her friends. She also loved how comfortable it was, even in the heat of summer in SW Texas. She highly recommends it!
Love this skirt ! Normally I’m not fond of longer skirts like this but it was a very interesting design and looked good.
It’s very lightweight and that surprised me! I’m very happy with that though as it makes it good for all seasons. Will be great to layer with in winter !! Also would be a good skirt for a teacher.
I believe I ordered the small, it fits me great but ever so slightly loose. I’m normally an XS-S . There is a belt loop system so you can easily wear a belt. The waist band is stretchy too.
It fits well , fabric is soft and comfortable, and it’s a good length! I’m 5ft 3 and it goes to just above my ankles.

Belle Poque Women’s Denim Skirt is longer than knee length on me. I am 5’3 and weigh 126 lbs and the size medium, with the high elastic in the back was a perfect fit. The fabric is on the heavier side but soft enough and very comfortable.
The skirt has two side deep pockets that can fit whatever essentials you need. As you can see from the picture, you need to wear either a blouse, high waisted sweater or a tee-shirt inside the skirt. If you attempt to wear an article of clothing outside, it looks lumpy due to the pockets and flaps and metal button which stick out. This is a perfect skirt for the more mature women who needs her look for the day to be a little more conservative without forfeiting style.
