I LOVE this skirt, so much so that I'm getting it in more colors. To start, I'm 5'3" and 226lbs with a 40" waist and 52" hip (if i measured correctly). Basically I'm a size 18 on average. I ordered an XXL.
The material is a little more silky/slippery than I was expecting, but not chintzy like a 70's polyester shirt. It's lightweight and thin, but doesn't seem to be see through. The color is a beautiful peach with orange flowers and is true to the photo. It is SO pretty!
It fits slightly large with an elastic waistband starting at the sides and going all around the back. The front is a flat section with no elastic. I probably could get away with an XL. In the photos I'm wearing leggings under the skirt (it's still too chilly for summery clothes) and have plenty of room. With the elastic, I can wear it at my current "natural waist", over my belly & just under my chest, for a high-waisted look like it's supposed to be worn and it sits about knee length, or it stretches enough that I can wear it a little lower at my true waist and it sits about mid-calf. It's thin enough that I've worn the tank top outside it and covered the buttons on the torso area.
It is flowy and soft and stretchy. It's been comfortable all day without digging into my ribcage. And it's bright withiut being overbearing. I love it. It is a beautiful skirt. One of my favorites so far!
This skirt is so comfortable! I used it to dance in and it was twirly and light. It’s actually flannel and not that cheap thin polyester stuff a lot of other clothing is made of. Plus it has POCKETS (Deep ones)!
It's even better than I was expecting! Stretchy but flattering waist, thick but lightweight material and very soft! The pics make it look like there is blue in the plaid but there isn't. It's just browns and black. I'm for sure buying more of these 😍
PERFECT! It has pockets, stretchy waistband, and CUTE buttons in the front! Easy to iron too.
This skirt is amazing! It is perfect for fall. It is warm, the perfect length, the perfect color. It’s easy to clean, it fits perfectly. Great quality for the price. I love that it is high waisted, and the front buttons are a great detail. I got so many compliments on my outfit and all I did was pair it with a black long-sleeved shirt and tights. Highly recommend this skirt.
