These high wasted flare jeans are figure flattering and look great. They fit as expected. I currently wear size 8-10 jeans (a little more 10 than 8 these days), so I got a medium and it fits. I'm 5'5" and the length is good. The pockets sit high enough in the back to not give you the look of a droopy butt. The material has just enough stretch to be more comfortable than the typical pair of jeans. I have wide hips and this not only fit well, but looks great on me. I attached a couple pictures I had on my phone with them on, but I wasn't taking these pictures for the review so it isn't the best angle and I didn't have any from behind. I'll try to remember to take more photos the next time I wear them and update the listing. *the belt in photo was not included.
These jeans are extremely soft, stretchy and comfortable, and the material is great. The sizing threw me off, because it says that a medium would fit a 28-29 and a large would fit 30.5-32. I tend to vary a lot in bottom sizes, where in some brands a 29 is extremely loose fitting and a 30 can be super tight. In typical sizing I wear an 8. I wear a medium/large for pants typically so to be on the safe side, I opted for a large. I should have gone with a medium because the large was sooo big on me. Even with the belt, I had to tighten it to almost it’s smallest hole and it made the crotch area look loose and baggy, very unflattering. On top of that, they are also a bit short on me. I am 5’7” and usually a 29” inseam is perfect, but these hit above the ankle for me. So I think the sizing chart may not be extremely accurate. It’s a shame because these pants are so nice! Lucky for my mom, she is typically a size XL or a 14/16 in jeans and because these jeans are very big for a large, they fit her perfectly! If not even a little loose on her as well. So if you run between sizes, my advice is to size down!
I didn’t expect to love these. I’m a 2x-3x so I wasn’t sure these would fit. Not only do they fit they aren’t too long. I’m 5’4” and most jeans are too long. These have a great stretch. They are a little tight but would relax after wearing.
